I am acting as a bridge between the Vendors and the Project Managers whom I am supporting. I work for recruitment projects in Insurance Domain where I interact with empanelled vendors to get fresh profiles and schedule them and place in projects. In simple words, I am acting as PMO, handling projects by fulfilling the positions.

• Leveraged social media platforms and online job boards to advertise open positions and engage with potential candidates.
• Generated specific candidate pool for career opportunities through strategic placement of advertisements, evaluation of applicant credentials, and conducting initial interviews and pre-screening assessments.
• Followed up with notable applicants sourced via industry-specific pipelines, events and job fairs.
• Collaborated with legal and compliance teams to review paperwork, obtain feedback and procure available information for new training processes.

Handled end to end recruitment. Hiring process been carried out through job portals like Naukri, Shine, Monster, Indeed etc. I was involved in BGV process as well.

• Analyzed survey reports, maps, blueprints and other topographical and geologic data to plan infrastructure and construction projects.
• Developed cost estimates for planned projects to aid in costing and budget planning efforts.

• Traveled to job sites with senior personnel to aid in inspections and ongoing project observations.
• Collaborated with senior engineers on complex projects.
