• Complete analysis of all incoming raw materials tests. And ensured all parameters were within the limit and reported to the quality manager timely.
• Compete analysis of packing material and finished goods analysis
• Preparation and standardization of primary and secondary solutions periodically and ensured all solutions were within the norms
• Setting up all laboratory equipment, utensils, and glassware and calibration of all lab equipment daily, monthly, and periodically.
• Responsible for quality control& quality assurance systems & and setup
• Daily/monthly audit in the process area and ensure compliance with all basic hygiene and other quality parameter including corrective measures on the issues at the shop floor
• Monitoring and updating all stocks of chemicals glassware and equipment
• If any disputes arise in raw materials and packing materials analysis, it can be cleared by coordinating unit team head.
