My role at IndusInd bank is a mix for recruitment & business partnering role. I'm currently working with the technical team at IndusInd for techno-functional recruitment & allied activities.

Key Roles:

• Coordinating with Technical team leaders to forecast hiring needs and department goals.
• Scheduled and facilitated meetings between project stakeholders to discuss deliverables, schedules and conflicts
• Onboarding new hires and setting up training
• Resolving problems, improving HR operations and closing positions as per the TAT.
