• Tested functionality, performance, and compliance of products against design specifications to maintain strong development standards and high customer satisfaction.
• Validating and customizing the application in Salesforce Sales Cloud. Testing in sandbox environments and customising the Salesforce application as per the client’s requirements.
• Interact with various Business Analysts and Developers to design better Test plan, Scenarios based on the business requirements.
• Testing Salesforce custom objects, Custom fields, Page layouts, Tabs, Reports & Dashboards and various other components as per application requirements. Testing Salesforce.com setup, Configuration, Customizations.
• Performing Queries on both source and target using SOQL and verifying the records and its respective fields match and count of the records.
• Performed Back end testing by executing SOQL queries. Run database queries in Workbench for Test data in Salesforce.
• Agile and Scrum methodologies to accomplish project milestones and meet demanding timelines.
• Monitored testing progress and provided updates to stakeholders on key milestones and issues.
