  • As a SAP Project Manager, I am responsible to drive MM - LOG related projects end to end from the business requirement analysis to deliver the project. Key projects include - KTO rollout, Carrier onboarding and supply chain redesign.
  • Watch products (Kit to Order) Solution deployment to Singapore, Korea and Japan DC - Adopted the existing solution for watch products at the DC level, modified the EDI 940, EDI 856SC, EDI 945 and EDI 810 to handle the shipments of the watch products kitted out of the DC. This added additional lane for the customer shipment, thereby reducing the order lead time and improve customer satisfaction.
  • APAC Carrier Onboarding - Leading a team of 3 contractors to handle new carrier onboarding in the APAC region to support Apple business. Key activities include, specs discussion with the 3PL, carriers, changes to EDI 945 / EDI 210 / Event management interfaces, carrier specific outputs in the proforma invoices, testing and cut over for the end to end supply chain process.
  • APAC Supply chain process redesign - Part of this project, I handled certain process flow for accessories shipment, cross border shipment transfers, inter region stock transfers. I developed and redesigned RICEF objects to handle OEM procurement from the Apple Singapore entity and cut off Apple's Europe entity. Developed RICEF for the supply chain focusing on Apple Singapore as a selling / receiving entity for the cross region shipments.
  • Delivery Optimization - Worked as a solution architect with a team of 3 developers to re design the delivery due list program to handle embargo execution for APAC. With the use of the BRF tables and call BRF function module, I redesigned the program to read the BRF collectively for a volume of SO stored in the internal tables and this project helped business reduce the manual work required during any product launch execution.

Scrum Master for RTP Waste Free Project.

  • The project vision is to enhance the automation in the SAP workflows in the P2P process to avoid any manual intervention or manual efforts by the business which otherwise could be used in better scope of work.
  • Identified 8 CR's for delivery and divided the CR in to PBI's for 4 sprints and driving the project as a scrum master.
  • Scheduling and facilitating the daily stand up meeting for status update and resolution of impediments.

Shell Ariba Project

  • Project SHARP - ARIBA deployment across Shell Business for portal and integrated vendors and decommissioning of SUS and Hubwoo Solutions.
  • Delivery of this project is based on Agile Project Delivery with the set of requirements defined at the start of the project and with multiple sprints for different objects.
  • Scheduled Sprint calls -Sprint planning and retrospective and acted as a Scrum master for this project and played a dual role of team lead cum scrum master.
  • Configuration of Ariba Addon for SAP with direct connectivity based on CXML RFC connection.
  • Development of CXML mapping BADi to add extrinsic fields and custom fields.
  • End to End solution design and implementation of Procure to pay with Ariba as front end and SAP ERP as a back end solution.
  • Designing custom logic for Invoice workflow and PO response workflow to handle local requirements of the countries.
  • Developing SAP workflow to receive inbound cXML for PO response and Invoices to process the documents.
