• As a SAP Project Manager, I am responsible to drive MM - LOG related projects end to end from the business requirement analysis to deliver the project. Key projects include - KTO rollout, Carrier onboarding and supply chain redesign.
• Watch products (Kit to Order) Solution deployment to Singapore, Korea and Japan DC - Adopted the existing solution for watch products at the DC level, modified the EDI 940, EDI 856SC, EDI 945 and EDI 810 to handle the shipments of the watch products kitted out of the DC. This added additional lane for the customer shipment, thereby reducing the order lead time and improve customer satisfaction.
• APAC Carrier Onboarding - Leading a team of 3 contractors to handle new carrier onboarding in the APAC region to support Apple business. Key activities include, specs discussion with the 3PL, carriers, changes to EDI 945 / EDI 210 / Event management interfaces, carrier specific outputs in the proforma invoices, testing and cut over for the end to end supply chain process.
• APAC Supply chain process redesign - Part of this project, I handled certain process flow for accessories shipment, cross border shipment transfers, inter region stock transfers. I developed and redesigned RICEF objects to handle OEM procurement from the Apple Singapore entity and cut off Apple's Europe entity. Developed RICEF for the supply chain focusing on Apple Singapore as a selling / receiving entity for the cross region shipments.
• Delivery Optimization - Worked as a solution architect with a team of 3 developers to re design the delivery due list program to handle embargo execution for APAC. With the use of the BRF tables and call BRF function module, I redesigned the program to read the BRF collectively for a volume of SO stored in the internal tables and this project helped business reduce the manual work required during any product launch execution.

Scrum Master for RTP Waste Free Project.

• The project vision is to enhance the automation in the SAP workflows in the P2P process to avoid any manual intervention or manual efforts by the business which otherwise could be used in better scope of work.
• Identified 8 CR's for delivery and divided the CR in to PBI's for 4 sprints and driving the project as a scrum master.
• Scheduling and facilitating the daily stand up meeting for status update and resolution of impediments.
• Maintaining and motivating team to adhere to the scrum framework and agile principles in the project delivery.
• Facilitating Sprint planning with the product owner and the development team to plan deliverable of the respective sprints and update Microsoft Azure DevOps tool to track the sprint progress.
• Facilitating Sprint Retrospective with the team to understand the challenges, learn from them and improving the plan for next sprint.
• Motivating the team for working together and keeping the agility intact.

S4 Data Migration for Shell Salym

• Designed SAP SLT Based Automated solution to migrate big SAP data related to P2P process to S4 Hana. This is a first of its kind of project in Shell.
• People management activities with a team of 4, coordinated and delivered E2E solutions to make the
  project a huge success.

Shell Ariba Project

• Project SHARP - ARIBA deployment across Shell Business for portal and integrated vendors and decommissioning of SUS and Hubwoo Solutions.
• Delivery of this project is based on Agile Project Delivery with the set of requirements defined at the start of the project and with multiple sprints for different objects.
• Scheduled Sprint calls -Sprint planning and retrospective and acted as a Scrum master for this project and played a dual role of team lead cum scrum master.
• Configuration of Ariba Addon for SAP with direct connectivity based on CXML RFC connection.
• Development of CXML mapping BADi to add extrinsic fields and custom fields.
• End to End solution design and implementation of Procure to pay with Ariba as front end and SAP ERP as a back end solution.
• Designing custom logic for Invoice workflow and PO response workflow to handle local requirements of the countries.
• Developing SAP workflow to receive inbound cXML for PO response and Invoices to process the documents.
• Activation of SAP Forward Error Handler and enabled the functionality for Ariba cXML's error handling.
• Designed below interfaces for the ERP-Ariba Network Integration:-

• Ariba Realm - ERP Integration and development of Master Data and Outline Agreement Interface to send out the master data elements and contracts to Realm to support Unplanned Services scenario.
• SAP Archivelink with Docusphere setup and Functional enhancement to support Purchase order archiving and sending out a PDF copy of PO with the PO cXML to Ariba.
• BADi Enhancement to support Ariba extrinsics to send out customer specific variables such as Shipping Instructions, Contract details, Buyer VAT ID's and Duns Number.
  Prepared Design document for all the interfaces in the project and handled E2E testing in the HPQC ALM.

Avnet SAP Implementation

• Greenfield SAP implementation starting from Process Blueprint design and Process flow mapping using ARIS Business Explorer.
• SAP Inventory Management and Warehouse Management Configuration - Baseline org structure and L2 Processes.
• Designing L2 Processes - Pick, Pack and Ship / Receive and Put away / Manage inventory / Problem resolution note / Warranty handling.
• Designing Customer returns process via advanced returns and CS notifications.
• Designing ADSUBCON scenario and managing subcon goods movement using delivery because of documentation requirements.
• Designed and developed functional specs for RF objects, enhancements on WM and Shipping module.
• Involved in complete object life cycle including testing, defect fixation, re test and supporting UAT.
• Handled IM module integration with Red Prairie WMS system. Designed and developed interfaces that can interact with third party WMS system implemented on top of SAP.

Deloitte Pre configured solutions and RFP

• Worked on Deloitte pre configured solution with ARIS process design, SAP standard configuration, preparing RICEF functional specs, testing the solution and deployment to HANA based SAP landscape within Deloitte.
• The pre configured solution have saved customer's bill and also saved time in executing the projects by having readily available standard solution and thereby adding customer specific requirements to the solution.
• Worked on customer pursuits for Oil/Energy and Technology industry.
• Developing POC of solutions and technical demonstrations and LOE for new project pursuits.
• Drafting SOP for customer projects for finalised assignments.

PTP WM-EWM Accelerators

Prepared a blueprint accelerator solution with questionnaires and process flow in ARIS for WM Modules for cross industry segment.
Studied multiple industries and relevant processes for EWM and WM and prepared set of questionnaires and process flows based on possible answers to help implementation team to speed up the blueprinting phase.
Solution have saved around 15% of time and client's bill by reducing time lags in key decision during business blueprinting.

Apple Turkey and UAE 3PL Rollout

• Designed an end to end 3PL LOGISTICS solution for Apple's Geo Expansion projects in Turkey (a B2C hub) and UAE (a B2B hub under free trade zone)
