• Developed POC of a snap-in chat for agents with Omni-channel based routing that helped the client to determine its feasibility and suitability for a specific customer's needs.
• Code deployment and management was done using COPADO that resulted in delivering applications with speed by unifying CI/CD pipelines and automated testing on one platform.
