• Annual Maintenance of EHV 220kV/400kV 33kV/11kV transformers ranging from 60 MVA to 315 MVA JSW Steel utility transformers feeding various JSW Steel Plant Shop floors.
• Preparation of various budgets including Capex & Revenue, utilization of the same within the time frame.
• Ensuring statutory compliance of various installations.
• Execution of Reliability Focus Maintenance process on existing equipment using risk management tools and techniques including, reliability modeling and prediction (RMP), fault tree analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Fish Borne analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and failure reporting, analysis and corrective action system (FRACAS).
• Develop and lead a Root Cause Failure Analysis Program to reduce general equipment breakdowns/defects and Support maintenance personnel to conduct real time Root Cause Analysis. Lead investigations/assignments into Reliability problems using a data driven approach and develop/design appropriate solutions
• Managed condition monitoring of equipment and following IMS and BSC audit and maintenance record and documentation
