Objective: Successfully implemented Oracle Fusion HCM modules like Core HR, Absence Management and provided ongoing support post Go-Live to ensure system stability and process optimization.

• Acted as an implement, Support, Enhancement, and Testing Consultant for Oracle Fusion HCM, performing end-to-end system testing.
• Contributed to multiple enhancements across Fusion HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Participated in the full lifecycle implementation of Fusion HCM, including requirement gathering, configuration, UAT, SIT and production migration.
• Involved in data migration activities from legacy systems to Fusion HCM using HDL.
• Designed and delivered customized Absence Plans and Types based on client requirements.
• Collaborated with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure complete systems in Core HR and Absence.

• Developed and maintained BI Publisher and OTBI reports for Core HR and Absence modules to support operational and strategic reporting.
