Pre Sales Fire Alarm Systems Design Engineer.

As a Fire Alarm Systems Design Engineer, I am actively involved in the pre-sales routine and development of Fire Alarm projects, including:

• Requirement Analysis : Coordinating with the team lead and customer to gather and define project specifications and standards by reviewing through the following documents ( Specifications sheet, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing plans(MEP) , Scope letter, Project floor plans ).
• System Design: Building fire alarm system floor plans and creating bill of quantities/material based on the specifications the customer has provided.
• Bill of Material (BOM): Selection of devices from CPQ and Compass tools, which include fire alarm panels, detection devices, notification devices, etc.
• Panel configuration: Configuration of the control panel to best fit the requirements of the system and the customer.
• Quality Check: Using QC checklists, we ensure the project is free from errors and mistakes, and by sticking to the KPIs, we ensure hassle-free delivery.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Working closely with project managers and customers to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to timelines.
