• Taking ownership of High priority P1 , P2 tickets and provide the resolution to the client within the defined SLA under the change Management , process Management, Incident Management.
• Software defined access (SD-Access) is an Enterprise Networking Solution for Campus Networks. The Solution includes Cisco Catalyst Switches (Cat9000, Cat6000) Cisco WLC, Cisco DNA.
• Select and apply appropriate solution implementation standards, methods, and tools, consistent with the agreed solution design document and ensure that these are effectively applied and adopted.
• Perform successful implementation and execution of SDI solutions. Contributes to the development of solution architectures in specific business, SDI infrastructure or functional areas.

• The Solution includes Cisco Catalyst Switches (Cat9000, Cat6000) Cisco WLC, Cisco DNA Centre, Cisco Access Points. This solution provides routed access in the campus Network (LAN) By moving away from traditional Access-distribution-Core layered architecture.
