- Another one project on June 2023 ( Non moving inventory ) In that earlier high cost of inventory are expiring in the inventory and we are not getting orders on the same till there expiry, as i have worked on it and with help of central team and category team, gives the offer on the same material and dispatch it to customer due to our losses get reduced.
- Make new one project on Aug 2024, ( Mapping not found ) where there 5 warehouse outbound done shipments was comes in tech error, By the analyzing issue and cretaed are resolution on them and move all that 50 Lacs of rupees inventory moved to store.
