  • Project Manager of G reat P laces T o W ork (GPTW) exercise for the year 2023 & 2024 out of which Genesys India was ranked in Top 100 Best Places to work for in 2022 (90th) and in 2024 (34th).
  • Process owner of GenConnect program – a candidate engagement program for the offered candidates to improve the joining rate of the offered candidates. This program helped us to improve the joining rate from 76% to 93%.
  • Automated the manual process of Exit management & Clearance system and Employment Letters in Workday by working closely with the HRIS team.
  • Work closely with the India recruiting team to get the right talent on board for the business unit.
  • Ensuring timely execution of policies at organization level. Worked and implemented disciplinary and absconding policy, reformed leave policy to be statutory aligned.
  • Designed and implemented the idea of Floating Holidays which replaced the earlier fixed holidays.
  • Anchored the “Did you know” series which is a weekly series of benefits and policy nuggets.
  • Designed and implemented the idea of GenWiki – a go to person in Genesys who acts as a buddy for new joiners before they are onboarded.
  • Sustainability ambassador to execute Sustainability initiatives for Genesys India.
  • Manage the entire Group insurance of Genesys India which includes yearly renewal process, Benchmarking exercises, claim analysis, escalation etc.
  • Single POC for background verification process with FADV team which included case follow ups to closure for priority cases, escalations and analysis of the data.
  • Seamlessly executed the resizing & restructuring projects at Genesys India.
  • Process owner of E arly W arning A ttrition Tracker (EWAT) which is a proactive mechanism derived by India HR to track potential attrition specially to retain top talent. This helps people managers in evaluating employee behavior & indicate potential attrition proactively.
  • Support deployment of global HR programs such as the annual performance & rewards cycle and the employee listening survey.
  • Drive Corrective Actions (Performance/Behavior) in partnership with business, Legal & other stakeholders.
  • Worked on Great Managers Awards, Avtar & other external surveys to uplift the EVP of Genesys India.
