Delivery Team and to provide better ability to relate Incidents with Knowledge base articles.
● Manage process and its implementation of new project getting Go-Live.
● Maintaining Run book and reviewing document on quarter basis .
● Maintain accuracy of Knowledge Article with organization & IT environment.
● Identify stale records and make decision for archival, in consultation with
Knowledge Owner.
● Hands on experience in Service Now Platform , Reporting works and closing working on latest development with existing platforms.
