Key Responsibility: From Dec 2021 to Nov 2023 i was working as Support Escalation Engineer for Microsoft Exchange online were i worked as the last support of engagement for customer when it comes to complex and escalated cases from different levels of front line engineers.
Handling Executive Escalations coming up from higher up Management and handling the customer and issue accordingly.
Worked on building Power Apps\automate tools for various internal projects for different initiatives.
