  • Portfolio Management: Orchestrate a Pan-India marketing procurement portfolio valued at ₹400 Cr, overseeing categories including celebrity endorsements, PR, social listening, and packaging design.
  • Cost Optimization: Negotiated ATL/BTL campaigns and agency retainers, consistently achieving 20-30%+ cost savings without compromising brand quality or deliverables.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.

  • Process Engineering: Established robust marketing procurement frameworks and audit compliance protocols; onboarded 250+ vendors with full MSA/NDA execution.
