Customer Success:
- Worked on two products: Hire from Scaler (discontinued) and Recruiterbit (ongoing).
- Managed around 50 accounts, end-to-end delivery post-sales, right from onboarding, product demos, to value realization.
- Created complex dashboards on Google Sheets to track accounts, bucketing, allocation, health, and outcomes.
Product and GTM Strategies:
- Collaborated with the product team to help them define the product roadmap.
- Defined and ran the overall process using Google tools over a period of time. Once tested, replicate the same into the product.
- Successfully ran GTM strategies and campaigns for feature adoption using tools: Webengage, Mixpanel, Gupshup.
Project Management and Operations:
- Part of the strategy team to expand sales and placement of the scaler learners, examples being collaborating with recruitment agencies, deployment agencies, identifying and helping foreign startups build their India team, organising events with tech leaders, etc.
- Learning and development - Created a learning module for over 80 employees who were part of the recruitment team, and trained them on the internal product, problem-solving, Excel, recruitment, and communication with enterprise.
