I am a B.Tech in electronics & Instrumentation engineering, certified for IT networking, knowledgeable on multiple engineering tools along with MBA in project Management and Business administration. I think a Techno commercial role fits my personality and my skills the best since I am a good communicator, empathetic and humble. The experiences I am getting while working in a B2B and B2G company from last 17+ years are really beneficial to learn to understand complex customer needs and then adjust the project deliveries accordingly. My previous experiences in Building Management and security systems along with deep understanding of HVAC principals facilitated my transition in managing positions in the Lighting world. I now apply the Agile/ conventional methodology to manage project, which is comparable to Lean and love to make comparisons between the two of them. Only now I use this methodology to manage technological deliveries to customers.
