• Active Participation in ISO Audit and BCM activities.

• Report on root causes of problems, efficiency, and support needs.

• Using Advanced Excel for compiling weekly reports and comparing standard results to actual results.
• Handling 3 different lines of Business with total FTE of 27
• Working on MIS-related reports and daily attendance reports

Solely Responsible for United States Pharma, Greenstone and Consumer Market.

Pursuing collection activities to collect on overdue plus current invoices and on deductions.

Sending remittance advices from customers to cash applications team to apply payment accordingly.

Working on ADA (Allowances for Doubtful Accounts -360+) items and deductions.

Creating FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) cases for deductions other than promotional deductions.

Attending weekly calls with client for bucket wise status of accounts.

Preparing Held Order report on daily basis and auditing it for the possible release of pending Orders.

Preparing monthly billing reports of Pharma, Greenstone and Consumer Orders.

Order Management, Account Management and Clint Data Management.

Preparing slot wise Blocked Order report and distribution for relevant actions.

• Research discrepancies, interaction with the fund houses and/or internal sources.
• Calculation and processing of incoming and outgoing multi-currency bank transfers for settlement of trade activity.
• Research and process dividends paid. Discrepancies over a set threshold between the dividends paid at the fund house and dividend paid on the recordkeeping system are researched.
• Reporting on client month-end valuation and deliverables.
• Build internal client relationships and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams.
