-> Providing support to End Users and assisting on issues related to MM and ARIBA downstream within SLA on Service Now tool

-> Creation of standard changes in SAP and ARIBA as per client demand using CRT (Change request task)

->Issues related to Catalogue, Contract, different types of Push errors while creating PO

->Approvable role assignments for user in SAP-ARIBA

->ARIBA Mass upload of Supplier, cost center, assets and WBS element via .CSV file.

• CIG Implementation:

->Worked in the implementation of CIG

->Involved in creating FDD and FSD document in discovery phase.

->Involved in enabling of CIG, creation of Integration project, maintaining of custom mappings and also maintaining configurations in SAP system.

->Involved in testing phase on testing the end to end cycle of transactional documents.
