• 3D & 2D design of Wiring Harness using Creo Parametric & Capital tools.
• Took up an additional responsibilty of Leading the team (3 no) of sheet metal & plastic brackets design, helping in reducing of additional harness creation by optimising the brackets.
• Proposed and implemented cost saving of around $ 2,00,000 per Annum in both harnesses and brackets.
• Scrum Master for the new PDP projects
• Solving critical issues, picking the most reliable solution.
• Collaboration with the stakeholders from all the required functional groups.

One month onsite visit to the Mannheim Unit to fullfill the following :

• To participate in the builds for upcoming projects and resolve the issues detected.
• To trail fit the designed wiring harness, plastic and sheet metal parts, and suggest the necessary design changes, if any issues detected during the build assembly.
• To meet the stake holders and have proper handshake for the issues detected during build.
• To meet my colleagues in Mannheim and discuss on cross functional activities in the team, and suggest improvements if any.
• To explore the cultural diversity of the country.

One month onsite visit to the Mannheim Unit to fullfill the following purposes:

• To understand the assembly sequence of the Mid Tractor Product Line and to suggest cost effective suggestions in improving the sequence.
• To trail fit the designed wiring harness, plastic and sheet metal parts, and suggest the necessary design changes if any issues detected during the aassembly.
• To meet the stake holders and have proper handshake for the issues detected during build.
• To meet my colleagues in Mannheim and discuss on cross functional activities in the team, and suggest improvements if any.

Senior Wiring & Harness Engineer for Heavy duty trucks (Volvo & Renault), mainly responsible for :

• Part & Document management using KOLA, Rapid & Knox.
• Schematics design and Bundle design using Saber ES Designer.
• 3D Bundle design using Creo Parametric.
• Agile way of working via Atlassian JIRA.
• Solving harness issues by interacting with various stakeholders like GTO, Supplier and Counter part incharges.
• Ownership of harnesses assigned, from concept stage till the delivery.
• Solving critical issues by providing optimal solutions.
• Ensuring the meeting of timelines set by discussion with the project management team are met, along with the focus on quality of deliverables.
