Job Profile Responsibilities
- Planning of laying testing commissioning of Gas Pipeline for domestic connection in City Gas Distribution Project.
- Management of site activities like, ROU, ROW, Stringing, Welding, Sand Blasting, Coating, Lowering, Backfilling and Hydrotesting of STEEL LINE natural gas pipelines of diameter ranging from 4’’to 12’’ from start up to commissioning of network. Including construction of SV & TLP Box.
- Inspection & Management of MDPE, LMC & DMA site activities like, Trenching, Laying, Flushing, Testing, Riser Testing, RFC & NGC work from start up to commissioning of Network providing gas connectivity to various domestic areas including commercial & industrial consumers.
- Planning the team and motivate them for achieving the targets of new PNG connection given by client. Managing and coordinating a team with contractor.
- Resolving Site Issues regarding Work Progress & Ensuring Smooth flow of work without any obstacles. Attending Project Review Meeting Every week regarding work progress.
- Preparation of RA Bill, Stringing, Welding & Coating reports, Offset diagram, Isometric Drawing, Testing & Commissioning Reports.
