

With over a decade of experience in project planning and management, I currently contribute to Adani Green Energy Ltd. as part of the Project Management Assurance Group (PMAG). My expertise lies in preparing baseline schedules, monitoring critical paths, and conducting delay and risk analyses to ensure project milestones are met. By collaborating with project teams and stakeholders, I help resolve issues related to progress slippage and maintain alignment with organizational goals.
At Adani Green Energy, I facilitate the implementation of management mandates for timely project completion and actively participate in vendor review meetings, site execution kickoffs, and progress monitoring. My mission is to drive seamless project execution through meticulous planning and proactive issue resolution, leveraging skills in rolling plan preparation, critical path management, and performance tracking.
Prepare Baseline Schedule and maintain the critical path and project milestone.
Continuously monitor the critical path, perform delay analysis and risk analysis and highlight to project team.
Alarm the project managers and others stackholders and facilitate resolving issue related to progress slippage.
Prepare project schedule Level of L2 / L3 / L4 & L5.
Implementation the mandates from management for timely completion the project
participating in Kick off meeting for site execution packages.
Participate in review meeting vendors
Monitoring physical progress of activities at the site and coordinate with Higher Management
Preparation of rolling plans.
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress report.
Implementation of IPMS ( Integrated Project Management System )
