• Distinguishing efforts of processing from enquiry to invoicing of processing project orders and facilitating the need of customer to ensure 100% service rate.
• Spearheading production planning and scheduling of the shop floor to ensure the smooth completion of orders on the proposed delivery date.
• Essaying a key role in updating order status from time to time to the dispatch and logistics team and customers.
• Arranging delivery based on priority and ensuring immediate revert on customer claims for project needs.
• Support to Shop Floor Management for maximization of Men and Material & Machine with a help of WCM activities- 5S, Kaizen and QC.
