  • I) The report had subdivisions: The enhancement was done it in the form of Radio buttons categorizing into various sub divisions
  • Ii) The first part had the combination of getting the report from the date /month entered which included all the direct FI posting documents, Sales invoice, Exports, Credit note, Debit note, etc
  • Iii) The second part had the combination of getting the report for Advance Paid Returns of the clients from the date/month entered
  • Iv) The third part had the option of getting the report for the Invoice series and its details
  • V) An additional option was available in the form of staging table wherein a facility was provided to append all the data available into the table and get the report easily whenever wanted for good performance
  • Vi) The major issues in all the client systems were for the following: SupplierGSTIN, HSN/SAC Number, Taxable Value changes due to various line items: Solutions provided for the issues (CGST, SGST, IGST, CESS Amounts) identified after moving into production and minor enhancement of the file returns as per the client’s policies and rules
  • Vii) Maintenance of custom Z tables for the Document types, Supply types, State codes with GST codes, Transaction Key table
  • Viii) Provided Value added solutions in the absence of functional inputs
  • Successful completion of development of the report – GSTR2 which is from GST Portal created by the portal based on GSTR-1 filed by corresponding suppliers (Purchase Returns)
