Operation & Maintenance of 4 x 50 MW Tracker type Solar

• Supervision of Overall Operation and Maintenance of the plant and complete monitoring of site.
• Ensure any breakdowns are rectified within the timeline and analyze equipment failures for corrective and preventive action.
• Scheduling and Supervising execution of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly, and Annual preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Organize and attend weekly review meetings with contractor and management to discuss constraints and possible solutions.
• Ensuring and follow ups yearly compliance like CEIG Approval, calibration of energy meters & equipment testing, relay tests, panchayat tax etc.
• Ensure safety in the workplace through Toolbox Talk, permits to work, LOTO implementation and training.

• Ensuring all construction activities are performed with approved drawings and standards.
• Ensuring and preparing all Erection and commissioning checklist.
• Inspection of inward materials and ensuring specification of materials with drawing and ensuring all accessories are available.
