Redefined Adda52's tournament schedule and structure to target increase in Volume and traffic of tournament playing clients and allow such clients to engage in multiple options over all kinds of budget and bankroll.

Structure and schedule entire events based on industry standard. They are lifelines of any event online. Not only do they appeal to a poker player in terms of playability, but also makes sure that the ongoing tournaments and satellites don't clash heavily with other ongoing entities, so that they don't take up a lot of poker player's unwanted time. A good structured tournament attracts players as well as allows them to enjoy the game.

Connect regularly with poker players, poker pros to understand concerns & grievances regarding app, and taking feedbacks and implement solutions based on them after discussing with higher management.

Create promotions, offers and benefits including Deposit offers, discounts etc. Real challenge is synchronizing the events, promotions and correct target groups for best results.
Worked with various teams to launch various campaigns online. This includes synchronizing with design team for creatives, content team for various content on communication, social posts etc. as well with PR, Social & Communications team to objectively send the correct post, comms out, targeting the respective segments for max visualization.
Streamlined operations to maximize business efficiency and profits in Offline Events. I have been heavily involved in Offline tournaments of Adda52 - DPT & WPT as well as various side events. I have made entire schedule and structures of DPT, Colossus, created the respective handbooks, promotions with the help of respective teams, streamlined registration and payout process with the Tech team. On the Floor of Deltin, during the events I function as an Assistant Tournament Director. I help out in the registration process, guide respective people on the same, as well as assist the Tournament Directors to run smooth events, taking care of operational & functional challenges on the floor.
I have organized an entire tournament in Deltin JAQK where I was the Tournament Director. I have taken care of the entire event by myself & have run a successful tournament on the floor.
I have been involved as part of operations in various other offline events & activities of Adda52 like ACL, Pokernight with Stars. I have travelled to Goa, Mumbai, Bangalore to meet and organize events with Sophie Chowdhary, Dinesh Karthik etc.
Plan Streams for various poker streamers and provide necessary engagement as required to them.
