ANZ Bank is in the process of migrating their employee data and other details from existing PeopleSoft Hub to SuccessFactors. The bank will manage their global hire-to-retire processes including Onboarding, Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Compensation & Variable Pay within SuccessFactors. IBM will also leverage EC Time-off, and EC Benefits within SuccessFactors (SF).

The project is following an AGILE model and is a combination of iterative incremental process models with focus on process adaptability and customer satisfaction by rapid delivery of working software product.

Role: Integration Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Working directly with client partner for requirement gathering through online workshops.
• Designing and documenting the requirements and preparing Integration Document, Mapping Specifications etc.
• Working on SAP CPI Implementations and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Integrating various modules of SF such as LMS, EC, Concur along with ECP.
• Experience in working with SFAPI and ODATA Data Dictionary for SuccessFactors.
• Worked on CPI Standard Adapters and connectivity technologies.
• Strong Knowledge of Groovy Scripting, XSLT Mappings, XMLs.
• Worked PGP Encryption and Decryption using sFTP adapter.
• Responsible for developing inbound and outbound interfaces to/from the SAP Products cloud to On-Premises.
• Responsible for Technical Requirement gathering, effort estimation, technical design, and development of interfaces.
• Actively participate in end-to-end project activities to ensure the team delivers effective business systems solution.
• Coordinate extensively with business users, functional and cross-functional team members, developers, integration resources.
• Solution Architecting to ensure that technical designs utilize the appropriate integration pattern and standards.
• Proactively scan for troubleshooting and resolve system related issues that could impact end-to-end system functionality.

Project Description : SuccessFactors Integration with CPI

IBM is implementing SuccessFactors as their Core HR System of Record globally. IBM will manage their global hire-to-retire processes including Onboarding, Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Compensation & Variable Pay within SuccessFactors. IBM will also leverage EC Time-off, and EC Benefits within SuccessFactors (SF) for multiple countries.

There are almost 500+ integrations that need to be carried out over the course of three phases (known as sprints).

PepsiCo, Inc. is an American multinational food, snack and beverage corporation headquartered in Harrison, New York, in the hamlet of Purchase. PepsiCo has interests in the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of grain-based snack foods, beverages, and other products.

The projects involve design, planning and development of middleware interfaces for integration of S/4 HANA, Enterprise HANA, SAP MDG with legacy systems like, Seeburger, Prolink, Comarch, Citibank, HSBC, Labelling Vendors, DDH (Data Distribution Hub) etc.

The project is following an AGILE model and is a combination of iterative incremental process models with focus on process adaptability and customer satisfaction by rapid delivery of working software product.

Role: Onsite Lead - United Kingdom

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, documentation such as Integration Document, Mapping Specifications etc.
• Development of interfaces between different applications Seeburger, Prolink, Comarch, Citibank, HSBC, Labelling Vendors, etc. using different adapters like HTTP, SOAP, REST, JDBC, File, IDOC_AAE, sFTP etc.
• Worked on Integration for bank interfaces using PGP Encryption and Decryption.
• Involved in supporting various phases of testing: Unit testing, Functional testing, System Integration testing, and User Acceptance testing.
• Transporting the objects using CTS+
• Onsite Lead during successful UK Go-Live to support hyper care activities.

Project involved development and support of middleware interfaces for integration of SAP with legacy systems like, JDA, Ariba, various Bank Interfaces which require exchange rates file.

• Design, documentation such as Integration Document, Contract Document, Mapping Specifications, and Visio diagrams etc.
• Designing the objects in ESR using graphical mapping and UDF’s.

• Development of interfaces between different systems and SAP ECC using different adapter such as File, AS2, JDBC, SOAP, etc.
• Worked on sFTP adapter using Public-Private key-based authentication.
• Development of middleware interfaces using ccBPM for migrating the interfaces from existing TIBCO technology to SAP PI.
