• Worked as a supervisor for Shivam hospital, Bokaro Steel City and ensured smooth running of hospital while involving myself in complete day to day processes of hospital. The work involved handling TPA insurance, engaging staff at appropriate task, maintaining the timesheet and payment, doctor visit scheduling and doctors' engagement with patients. I involved myself with medical equipment technicians and expertized in handling X-Ray, Ultrasound Scans.
• Worked and accomplished the establishing of a new branch of Shivam hospital in a new city. The work involved engaging the doctors, advertisement of the hospital and the provisions that we provide across various platforms, equipment purchasing, staff selection, staff payment negotiation, associating TPAs with the hospital.
• Have worked on my self-driven idea of acting as a service aggregator to help old age people wherein I acted as a single point of contact to help them out with the usual requirement of food items, ambulance service, domestic help, cab services, plumber services, electrician services etc.

• Proficient in MS Office applications. Have used for reporting and documentation purposes in the hospital, for roaster and timesheet management.
• Proficient in using Hospital ERP solutions.
