Project Title 1: Foil consumption Analysis & Scope for optimization

• Developed framework for analyzing Aluminum and PVC foil consumption for Goa & Baddi plants
• Developed a Macro enabled dashboard to record and analyze batch wise foil consumption data
• Recommendation to change foil roll diameter to reduce roll requisition time & leftover foil wastage

Project Title 2: Standardization opportunity in pack configuration & implementation of TOPS PRO software

• Conducted AS-IS analysis of pack configuration & built data repository containing packaging data of SKUs
• Identified cost optimization opportunity by eliminating & redesigning show boxes basis survey and discussion with distributors
• Improved cubic efficiency of storage areas by modifying stack configurations & shipper dimensions using TOPS PRO
• Received PPO for the exemplary performance and projects delivered during internship

Project: Setting up of complete new Cement business for Adani Group

• Supply and demand analysis of potential cement markets in India, UAE, Oman & Bangladesh
• Identification of sites for proposed plants across Gujarat, CG & Maharashtra through Best value option analysis
• Evaluating different logistic handling options for sites and their Cost Benefit analysis to suggest optimum mode
