• Project – Market Benchmarking - Savings of USD 224K achieved through market benchmarking of new as well as existing suppliers in a span of 7 months.

Project – Process Efficiency - Reduced the TAT of processing requisitions to Purchase Orders from 1.12 days to 0.6 days globally.
