Excavation and Laying work inspection of MS pipe, DI clear water gravity & pumping main, HDPE pipe distribution line laying work

Visually Inspection of MS, DI & HDPE pipes & perform various test at yard as per IS code. Road restoration and third-party inspection report, Retrofitting work, House service connection, WTP inspection, OHMBR, OHSR, Study of Drawing and Tender document, Site Measurement and Pipe & Material Testing, maintaining all project-related document, and coordination with Clients and contractors. Verify the RA & PA bill of the contractor, SQC billing work, Submit a monthly physical and financial progress report for work as per drawing specifications and testing of all the project’s components. Quality maintenance of all work according to the drawing and specification issued for construction drawings/final approval from authorities.

To review, monitor, and supervise the ongoing work on-site as per approved designs, drawings, and specifications.

Record measurements in measurement books at various stages of work, verify measurements, and prepare bills based on recorded measurements jointly with the Departmental Officers during each stage.

Reporting and interacting with the team leader to sort out routine problems to ensure the progress of work, as per the approved plans.

Preparation of daily and weekly progress sheets.

Responsibility for strict quality control, quality assurance, and conducting all levels of lab and field tests.

Responsible for hydro testing of the pipeline.

Safety precautions during the execution of work.
