  My role is L2 production support engineer.
  
  •We work on production related issues.
  •We need to resolve the issue based on SLA and following ITIL Process.
  •We receive the tickets from L1 team.
  •Monitoring the Internal tracker for new issues.
  •Managing and Scheduling and reporting jobs using Autosys.
  •Resolving the customer issue according to the customer requirement.
  •Providing Deployment support and Migration Support.
  •Working with L3 team in automating the tasks by using shell scripts.
  •Fetching the data and providing to users as per the client requirement.
  •Analysis and troubleshooting of issues in Production environment and resolve the issues.
  •Scheduling the jobs using crontab command and Autosys.
  •Providing support on 24/7 basis which includes on call support.
