Responsible for managing the Last & First Mile Supply Chain operations in Delhi/NCR region at Flipkart. This includes delivery network expansion; capacity, manpower & delivery fleet planning; cost optimization

Currently handling a load of almost 2k large & 5K First Mile complex orders per day through 3 Last Mile & First Mile Hubs spread across Noida & Ghaziabad with a strong team of 4 Area executives.

• I handle 46 vehicle of Rajasthan which we have given in 3 different companies
• The company has given 70 vehicles to Samsung Service centre & 30 vehicles to Haier service centre & 25 vehicle to Wochardt Foundation
• Samsung and Haier use the vehicle for customer service and Wochardt Foundation uses the vehicle as an ambulance.
• I am responsible for all vehicles maintenance & servicing done on time so that the customer does not face any kind of problem.
• Every vehicle's required document should be complete, which is part of our Compliance
• I handle the drivers of all vehicles
• Every driver makes a logsheet of his car which he sends to us at the end of the month.
• I check all vehicles logsheetsand make MIS on its base and send the all vehicles hard copy of logsheet& MIS to my head office (Delhi) for billing.
• Company has been given an IOCL fuel card to all drivers, I have to track all card to daily basis that no driver can miss use that card.

• Managing Entire Branch team& HUB team
• Managing the HUB and HUB team, vehicle utilization correctly for pickup & deliveries
• Routing, deployment, daily vehicle operation, trip sheet audit, GPS tracking
• Managing timely dispatch of delivery route & Pickup routes.
• Verifying vehicle in time and OUT time & kilometres with the help of Admin Team for billing & future escalation.
• Handing day to day operations & queries of field team & Back office team.
• Handling customer’s queries & escalations.
• Responsible for all delivery & pickups should be done on time.
• Managing Proper documentation of account copy & POD copies for billing purpose
• Responsible for reach vehicle at pickup point for pickup
• Responsible for night operation, all pickup material connect to concern our branch so that delivery can done as per TAT.

• Managing Entire CDP Operations of Delhi NCR as an Operations Manager
• Managing Field & Back office team
• Managing timely dispatch of Deposits & Pickup routes.
• Verifying vehicle in time and OUT time & kilometres with the help of Admin Team for billing & future escalation.
• Managing Proper documentation of Deposit Slips, OTC Slips & other departmental documents.
• Handling customer’s queries & escalations.
• Responsible for Timely pickup cash from customer point and simultaneously Deposit the same into customer bank account without escalation.
• All MIS should be shared with customer & Clint on within TAT.
• Handing day to day operations & queries of CDP field team &Back office team.
• Accountable for providing complete cash related report for preparation of VCB for next day deposit.
• Routing, deployment, daily vehicle operation, trip sheet audit, GPS tracking

• Handled customer (NCR, Diebold, FIS, FSS, RSBL)..
• Managing ATM field team, Withdrawal team and Reporting team.
• Responsible for ALL bank ATMs loading/EOD done on time.
• Responsible for ATM takeover and handover activity and migration activity.
• Customer query and control of documents and records.
• Coordination with Head Office for any escalation.
• Update the cash replenishment reconciliation reports
• Handled ATM reconciliation part like shortage overage query & customer clams.
• Responsible for ATM, FLM & SLM call attended by custodian within TAT.
• Handling the all customer escalation & query.
• Verification of CBR report as per machine counters & switch counter & sent to bank on daily basis.
• Verification of C3R report & sent to customer on daily basis.
• Preparation of vault closing balance on daily basis all vault cash should be tallied as per our record.
• Responsible for timely completion of high priority Loading/EOD.
• Prepare ATM MIS on daily basis.
