As a Cyber Security Analyst ( L2) , I hold a critical role in safeguarding our

organization's digital assets and infrastructure from an array of cyber

threats. My primary duties involve the vigilant monitoring, detection, and

responsive action towards security incidents while ensuring strict

adherence to established escalation procedures and service level

agreements ( SLAs). With extensive expertise in Security Operations

Center ( SOC) services, incident response, threat analysis, and

vulnerability assessment, I am proficient in identifying and mitigating risks

effectively. Additionally, my strong communication skills, both written and

verbal, along with exceptional problem-solving and root cause

identification abilities, enable me to excel in client interactions. Handling

client calls to discuss weekly and monthly reports, as well as facilitating

discussions on SIEM tool upgrades and updates, are integral aspects of
