  • Activities:
  • DC warehouse operation management: Inbound and outbound accuracy maintenance, fill rate and inventory accuracy improvement, outbound OTD and OTA improvement, stacking and picking efficiency improvement, store-level coordination with ZM, LMD optimization of vehicle utilization, and MIS and audit report review.
  • New Store Opening (NSO): Follow up with the NF project team, HR team, Store Ops, IT, and Central SCM. Execution of asset audit, inventory audit, health safety audit, and maintaining SOP.
  • Ensure all NF (New Facility) project infrastructure is received, and the timeline to completion is established. Till store, live follow-up, and close activities pre-launch. FIX Asset Audit tracking with jointly deployed Project Operations, SLP, Cluster Manager, and Store In-charge.
  • Planning, Production, and Warehousing. Demand forecasting.
  • Delegated daily tasks to team members to optimize group productivity.
  • Implemented planogram and inventory bin audit activity in new stores.
  • DC Activities: The role was as a Warehouse Manager from June 2023 to July 2024.
  • Warehouse Total Sq. Ft is 20,000, with 22,652 SKUs, lines assortment, and rostering of 13 G1 and 52 G2 teams.
  • DC Fix Assets: Movable Asset Tracking.
  • Follow up as per the assigned task to the team on OKR.
  • DC metrics are maintained for FMCG, Gen-Merchandise, Beauty, and Perishable.
  • Coordination with the Buying and Merchandising team to save write-off near expiration.
  • Maintaining fill rate (>99.60%), DC write-offs, shrinkage (0.30%), GRN on time, stacking 99%, daily cycle count of 500 > SKUs, planogram.
  • On time for picking up the Hub for customer delivery.
  • Audit score maintaining (greater than 90%). Big Basket joined as a shift controller in June 2018.
  • The team is handling a size of 55 to 60 in each shift. Total manpower was 165 G2s, 18 G1s.
  • Completed picking on time for all LOBs, on-time dispatches.
  • Ensure dispatch vs. Arrival cutoff follows 100%.
  • Vehicle tracking until the destination is reached.
  • Team rostering of 165 associates.
  • Inventory stacking completion as per.
