Viaberry Networks was created to engage Schools on becoming allies with users in ending the lack of communication

and created a school specifically branded designed Smart Cards to mentor Schools and parents throughout the day

and year in the palm of their hands.

• Project Management: - oversee end to end process including client acquisition to marketing and sales B2B and B2C.

Mandatory Corporate Action (MCA)

Primarily included Redemptions of Bonds and dealing with Stock and Cash. Responsibility of the team is to process the

Corporate Action offers like Full Redemptions, Partial Calls, Liquidation Payments, Name Changes, Exchanges,

Reverse Splits etc and timely notify the Fund Managers on all international mandatory corporate actions and action the

Fund Manager’s instruction within the given deadlines.

Responsibilities included SWIFT identification and validation of info, Folio Creation,

Block Movement creation, Reconciliation, Investigation and Event Management.

Timely and accurate information, from the Custodian is critical to ensure Trades are not

Executed on Incorrect information.

Investment manager Liaison Group (IMLG)

Responsibilities included Audit Clients Account and notify the IMLG Reps for Investigation of the Fund.

Foreign Exchange (FX)with multiple Currency for all trades and dividends.

Research on company through Various systems and application and on Hoovers. And identifying the discrepancy and

duplicate records to merge with Master Records through Duns Look up.

• Actively participated in team meetings to share knowledge, exchange ideas, address challenges, and collaborate on potential solutions.
