• Review Documents (Credit Report, Payoff Statement, Mortgage statement)  Monitoring the Queue and assign the loans
• Analysing the LTV, Front End Ratio (HTI), Back End Ratio (DTI), Credit History, FICO score of the borrowers. Analysing the Credit Report to prevent from any type of fraud.  Payoff Calculation. Escrow Calculation
• Title Commitment, Title Insurance, HO3 & HO6, Flood Certificate  Promissory Notes
• Reviewing loan files according to the agency guidelines (Fannie and Freddie) only for conventional loan.

• Reviewing value of property as per Collateral Analytics details with related documents & pictures of the property (interior & exterior).
• Checking out for the current market value of the same property as per external websites and also comparing the property value with neighborhood comparables as per the characteristics of the property.
• Reviewing all type of forms like Origination Appraisal, 1004, 1073, 1025, 1004C, Broker Price Opinion, Comparative Market Analysis.
• Reviewing of the properties which are foreclosed or Real estate owned (REO) by investor or lender
