• Involved in route or site selection survey based on Assessment of market demand/ potential and technical feasibility
• Applying for statutory permissions like NHAI, NH, SH, PWD, Municipality,Panchayat and Foreign pipeline crossing etc. and follow up
• SOR quantity finalization based on financial year Target. Create Purchase requisition of materials in SAP and ensure availability on time, the engineering deliverables and materials for construction
• Coordination with contractors for local liaising with local authorities and government departments as and when needed.
• Progress review meeting with contractors, vendors, TPI.
• Ensuring HSE and quality at site.

Effectively managing the construction of cross country steel pipeline for natural gas from Koottanad to Walayar for M/s GAIL India Ltd in Kerala

Was managing the construction of Structural(Pipe racks), UG piping and Civil works for Off sites of BS VI MS Block Project in BPCL, Kochi Refinery. The project included 6000 Cu M of concreting for foundations and buildings drains, Sumps, retaining wall etc, 3500 MT of structural steel erection and underground pipe line works

Worked as Resident Construction Manager (RCM) for 12 Km Cross Country LPG Pipeline project which includes 1.5 Km of HDD, Terminal Station piping’s, Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation works and Cathodic Protection, for M/s N R Patel Projects P Ltd, for its project in Kochi Salem Pipe Line Project P Ltd (A Consortium of BPCL and IOCL).

Was Lead (Piping & Equipment Erection) in Albanna Engineering LLC, for its project in Bharat Petroleum Company Ltd(BPCL)-Kochi Refinery (Integrated Refinery expansion project ),Mechanical works of VGO-HDT Project. In charge for the piping and equipment erection, for the project.

Received appreciation certificate from BPCL Safety Department.

Was Project Manager&focal point for its two sewerage pipe line projects in Trivandrum, Kerala. The project includes laying of City sewer pipeline, pumping stations, Pump erection etc.

Was Project Manager in M/s Tecpro Infra Projects Ltd for its EPC project in a CrossCountry Drinking water transmission pipeline project in Kerala, India as Manager Projects. The project includes laying and testing of DI pipelines, construction of 8 RCC pipe carrying bridges across rivers of span 10 m to 22 m.

➢ Was project Coordinator for modification and replacement of diesel pipeline at ARAMCO Yanbu refinery, KSA.

➢ Was Project Manager for construction of lab building and chemical warehouse building in Saudi Royal Commission-power & utility plants (MARAFIQ) in Yanbu KSA, for M/s A F Al Dossary & Partner Co(KSA) .

➢ Was Project Coordinator for the construction of Structural Walkway Project in its gas turbine generator building for its overhead crane in Saudi Royal Commission-power & utility plants, MARAFIQ in Yanbu KSA, for M/s A F Al Dossary & Partner Co(KSA).

Worked with M/s IVRCL Infrastructures & Projects Ltd as Dy. Project Manager for its contract for construction of Cross-Country drinking water pipeline project. Facilitated the construction of Transmission pipeline, Telemetry stations, Pipe carrying bridges, Bathymetric surveys etc for the project.

Project Engineer, In-charge of Turn Down & Inspection (T& I) maintenance contract in M/s Khafji Joint Operations( A JV of SAUDI ARAMCO &KUWAIT GULF OIL CO(KGOC).

This project sharpened the technical decision taking skills on Static equipment’s like Desalination plants and associated pipelines Steam boilers, Heaters, Storage tanks, Cooling Towers, Distillate Columns& Heat exchangers.
