• Ensuring timely payment to suppliers after coordinating with Finance dept.
• Ensuring technical specs and quality of material as per requirement from end user.
• Resolving all GRN related issues with stores dept. Procurement of 3D printed rapid prototypes of various plastic parts for R&D.
• Searching alternate vendors to improve quality and achieve cost saving goals.
• Raw materials (Electronics & Mechanical) quarterly rate updating in SAP system and releasing rate agreements to supplier.

Job Description: Purchasing Process:

• Purchasing of all direct- Indirect materials to cater the Production line.
• Importing of various direct-indirect materials as per purchasing procedure Procurement of Aluminum tubes, plastic components & rubber etc.
• Floating of RFQs to suppliers and getting quotations from different suppliers and performing quotation analysis for procurement.
• Frequent negotiations with suppliers to get best purchasing package in terms of price, quality, Delivery and services. Preparation of Purchase orders in SAP system and sending it to suppliers and monitoring until Delivery of material and services. Responsible for smooth supply of direct materials through coordination with Logistic Team.
• Managing complete process from Purchase request to Vender Payment Implementation and management of Kaizens in area for continuous improvement of process & cost Saving.
• Assuring on time procurement and best quality of material through coordination with suppliers.
• Successfully Communicating with Head Office for different Issues and Approvals.
