Maintain the employee attendance in Time Management System & generate the attendance through online system for the salary process. To coordinate with the finance department for monthly payroll system, make necessary entries for new joinees, separation cases, unpaid leave, salary advances, etc.
Follow‑up with Finance for timely credit of salary & Issuing salary slipsHandling HR Time Office Operations, Payroll. Keep tracking on Stratutory Compliances i.e PF , ESIC,PT MLWF etc.
- HR Administration
Issuance of lockers, name badge, ID card, etc.
Verification of documents and employment screening/background
verification of new joined employees i.e. verification report includes: Tenure with the Company, Title of last position held, Starting & ending salary, Dues with the company, Reason for leaving, eligible for rehire, Attendance, overall Satisfaction of Employment, Behaviour with Colleagues, etc. Conducting employee satisfaction survey, Preparing MIS reports like Separation report, Absconding report, Average Working Hours, Weekly Off Reports,Leaves Report
worked report, Vacation time report, Contractual count,
Attendance reports for confirmations and FTC renewals, contractual gate, pass documentation, various bills processing, attire and medical reimbursements, etc.
Grievance handling various staff issues/queries related to various HR Policies, confirmation.Maintain all HR files and employee information in various forms like
employee database, employee CV's, review history, preparing all HR letters
and certificates. etc.
- Exit Process
Screening conduct interview with HODs,Document, analyze exit interviews ,Coordinating & managing Employee Final Settlement with the help of finance dept. and sending circular to other departments at the time of relieving of an employee.
Handled the issue by giving warning through verbally or written (issuing warning letter) till termination of employees due to continuous absenteeism,no prior intimation before taking leaves, unable to reach assigned targets,lack of ownership & responsibility etc.
- Contractor Managements
Required Manpower Planning ,Screening resumes, Conducting interviews with the Departments Heads,Complete the joining formalities i.e. Collect the required documents, creation
of login id for attendance,Biometric system, Leaves management,Generate the attendance through online system for the salary process. To coordinate with the Contractors for monthly payroll and salary system, make necessary entries for new joinees, separation cases, unpaid leave, salary advances, Applied Loans etc. Keep tracking on Statutory Compliances , Challans and employees greivances.
keep Tracking on Contractors Manpower Bills, keep update on Minimum wages ,Bonus working.Full and Final Settelment of Left employees .
Follow‑up with Finance for timely credit of salary. Contactors MIS, Various Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Reports.
