  • Conducting PI for FG on daily bases to avoid inventory variance (daily cycle counting & quarterly Physical Inventory at plant level)
  • Carrying out ABC classification for materials as regular intervals (Quarterly) & quarterly reviewing the excess & obsolete stock to avoid dead inventory, analyzing slow moving & block stock in FG warehouse
  • Ensuring timely review of daily, weekly & monthly reports & analysis of reports generated by team members through SAP for keeping further check and control over team's performance & reporting to management.
  • New Projects RM procurement considering timeline of projects SOP & space allocation in warehouse.
  • Ensuring Warehouse Management System (WMS) on time updation for receipt / put away operations & open orders.
  • Ensure safety norms should followed stringently during the receiving and put away operations of merchandise to minimize the accidents, initiate disciplinary actions against erring staff.
