• Acts as a mentor to train and develop capable, independent Co-Ops, Chemical Analysts, and Process/Engineering Technicians
• Serves as a technical resource for customers and internal stakeholders to implement new processes and resolve production related issues
• Provides guidance and direction to Process Engineering Technicians and Co-ops to ensure on-time completion of assigned tasks

• Maintain lab activities and day by day lab tests,

• Improving for the effectiveness of the process and cycle time reduction,

• Prepared daily and weekly schedule and report to the Head of the Department,
• Production In-charge for Electro deposition and Zinc plating,
• Follow-up of materials, safe chemical handling and maintenance works,
• Responsibility for daily production on Shift basis,
• Maintaining records for chemical, water and reporting monthly basis,
• Train new employees to acquire work skill based on their job,
• Maintaining and following of ISO documents,
• Attending Customer Complaint problems & giving CAR action report,
• Designing new jigs for new component,

• Controlling Electroplating reworks and scraps with records,
