• Co-ordinating between application owners/stakeholders and the PKI operator and experts to respond to their needs in terms of certificates delivery, renewal or revocation
• Signed & issued certificates through CA Infrastructure. Handling Errors, Incident alerts via Service-Now tool.
• Generate CSR from the server, renew the certificate from MPKI Infrastructure, and update on the respective server. Provide the .cer /pem file to respective teams Troubleshooting MFA issues.
