NATURE OF JOB:

Indus Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd.: As a GM, IT at Indus Healthcare I am managing Healthcare applications and leading the team of 15 people. Indus healthcare is into Healthcare IT since 10 years. Major operations of the company are in South Africa and African countries. Main job is to lead the Healthcare application from development to implementation, delivery, support and closing the account. Currently handling Applications for African countries like Botswana and Lesotho.

NETSMARTZ: I Joined NetSmartz as a Project Manager to handle the .Net Team. Keeping up the progress I was allocated the team of PHP and also started the team of iPhone development. My main job is to understand the project requirements, creating SRS, client communications, meeting project deadlines, delivery of project and providing technical support to team members.

RedAlkemi: I joined RedAlkemi as a Sr. Executive and was promoted to Asst. Manager (Project Manager) during my tenure. So, I am actively involved in development as well as leading team and managerial activities. As a team leader I am involved in mentoring the team members, analysis of new project requirements, and development of custom based Applications. The job responsibilities entails interacting with clients, understanding their requirements, proposing efficient custom solutions and finally development of various software modules their coding, testing, debugging. My job responsibilities also involve interacting with my seniors, providing reports regarding team, projects and also provide new concepts and thoughts to utilize by the organisation. I have also attended various trainings like Search Engine and Marketing conducted.
