. Attend project related meeting on weekly, monthly and as per client/consultant instruction

. Handling Site Policy like (W.C., C.A.R. , MARINE Etc)

. Prepare of Compliance details with along documents like (Form-A,B,C,D, also Bonus and Overtime details as per rules .

. Co-ordinate with clients, PMC and TPI smoothly during inspection of Compliances Sheet and refer to Planning department during RA Bills of Project.

. Co-ordinate with Labour Authorities  (C.L.C./A.L.C./L.E.O.) smoothly during inspection of Site work on the project

. Co-ordinate with B.O.C.W. department about Cess during RA Bill , Submit Cess and Get certificate against Amount.

. Smoothly handling Shram Suvidha Portal regarding about Generate Labour License , Yearly Return , License Closing of Project.

. Co-ordinate with Client and get Form III about Labour license and after Project Competition get Form VII also submit to Labour Authorities as per requirement .

. Doing of All types Agreement Prepare who's requirement of the project like (Vehicle, Machinery, Guest House, Hospital, Vendors)

. Arranged Security Agencies and keep in Attendance also update  deployed status day by day other Controlling work . 

. Arranged Travel Agencies about Project work (in case  Death of Employees Body transporting to Home  , Project Related Travel and etc.)

. Smoothly handling Trade Union , Police Department, Political Department and all other who's help to our project.

. Proper Handling Oddo software (Regarding attendance) , Saral Software (Regarding Employees details like Salary Slip, Leave Details , Experience Certificate and etc.) 

. Co-ordinate with Client about Inspection of Employees Accommodation, Fooding , Vehicle Fitness/Insurance review and etc. 

. Arranged Motivation Program at Site like Employees of the month also Celebrate National Festival.  

. Awareness to Employees about benefit of Provident Fund (P.F.) and E.S.I.C. also Generate U.A.N. Card & E.S.I.C. Card also withdraw PF Amount and Start the Pension of PF.

. In case of Claim Idle Charge to Client so prepare of proper documentation against this Case

. Provide adequate compensation to the employee in case of his death under in (WC Policy).

. In the event of a Strike , the workers should face the Trade Union and Carry on the work without any harm. 

. Filling Process of Appraisal Form / link to Provide All Employees .
