• Started my journey with ICICI Pru Life in Dec 2003 at Hubli location in Karnataka and Awarded as a top Agency Frontline Manager on target Achievement during FY 2004 - 05 , FY 2005 -06 and FY 2006 -07 across South Zone
• As a result of consistent performance, rewarded with 3 promotions as a Frontline Manager between FY 2004 and FY 2007
• As a part of expansion strategy i was given responsibility to start new locations in Bagalkot and Bijapur locations during FY 2007- 08
• FY 2008-09 was hit by global rescission and only 1% employees got elevation and I was rewarded with a promotion for successfully launching new locations with 100% target achievement
• Moved to Belgaum location as a Area Manger during April 2010 to manage bigger branch and delivered 100% target for 2 consecutive years and qualified for Thai international summit for outstanding performance
• During FY 2012 I was given the responsibility to manage ICICI Bank relation for Belgaum region with over 25 branches.
• Promoted as an Assistant Regional Manager on April 2014 for outstanding performance in managing ICICI Bank relation with close to 100% YOY growth in Life insurance business.
• after successful stint in ICICI Bank channel I was given the responsibility to manage North Karnataka Agency and direct marketing vertical during FY 2015 and rewarded with best performing cluster by South head for significant growth in Agency cannel
• During FY 2017 I was given the responsibility to manage integrated business for ICICI Bank and Corporate Agency which included 115 ICICI Bank branches and over 24 corporate Agents across Rest of Karnataka supported by over 80 frontline managers and 10 Branch managers
• Got promoted as a Regional Manger in April 2019 for successfully managing integrated business for Rest of Karnataka region and given the responsibility to manage Agency channel for ROK Region
