Fraud Engine

• Working on Fraud engine which is a one-of-a-kind project never done before in the banking industry which mainly targets the increasing frauds that is happening in the Banking industry. Taking care of the product as a whole from design to software development life cycle to the approvals arranged discussions between stakeholders and teams for proper functioning and getting the project developed before time
• In the fraud engine We came up with the idea and execution of a control centre where we gave the user the option to control all kinds of app functionality namely Fund transfer, Credit card, and Debit card. So users according to their need can switch functionality ON/Off on a particular channel or can make use of MFA for enhanced security
• To enhance the security we came up with the idea and execution of security enhancement features like SMS shield( to check fraudulent texts, Mobile Number Checker( to check fraudulent calls), gesture control( in progress) as a part of fraud engine
• Managed investments products(Mutual Funds, PPF,NPS,Gold bonds, SGB, Personal finance manager etc) from channels end as a project and handled a customer base( installed audience) of 17.7 million users
• Managing End-to-end journey of Atal pension Yojana, made it live on Mobile banking and working on its enhancements
• Doing regular analysis of the Play store and Apple store comments and found out insights which helped Axis mobile app reach 4.8 rating in Play store and Apple store
