  • Resistance from middle management and information hoard, unable to bring transparency to stakeholders.
  • Not honoring delivery timelines and working in silos both from Product and Engg side, encapsulating transparency.
  • Usage of resource utilization and other old metrics at higher program and management level.
  • Unable to completely eliminate Release Planning and not having a fully functional CI-CD pipeline.
