  • A champion of the enterprise Agile transformation and the DevOps initiative. Facilitated and helped solve organizational complex problems and support large SAFe scaled Agile programs. Help advance the Agile transformation through servant leadership, consult on strategic roadmaps, execution, and drive adoption. Agile Maturity Assessment and SAFe Implementation

  • Coached and supported multiple teams in the adoption of Agile mindset by introducing team activities that reinforce the Agile principles & values. Mentored leaders, managers and SMs in servant leadership principles and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Product Owners to align on the vision, program backlog, and roadmap.
  • Used SAFe experience and expertise to prepare RTEs, SMs, POs and other leadership for PI events, PI planning readiness, program backlog refinement, OKRs, etc.
  • Established Agile Maturity Assessment model for the team and conducted quarterly assessments to track transformation progress.
