• In Refinement call along with Developer being a Lead I would provide the estimations for the planned stories in the Sprint
• During the 1st week of Sprint we would be working on drafting the Test Case scenarios
• Being the QA lead I would review the Test case scenarios drafted by the team before getting it reviewed from the Business Analyst
• Once the developers are completed with their build the stories would be in QA bucket for testing
• We would be using Jira tool to raise the defects if the results are not matching with the expected behaviour
• I should identify if there is going to be any impacts to the existing functionality with respect to any story that is build in the current sprint and will make sure Regression testing is performed
• Once the defects related to the story are fixed by the Development team, we would be moving the story status to Completed by attaching the required Test evidences and will get the story moved to UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Being a QA Lead I need to have the overall knowledge of the system
• Being a part of Scrum I should keep the Team posted on the status of the task assigned to me on Daily basis (DSM call)
• Before the release being a QA lead I would take a responsibility to present the functionality to Business Analyst and other Stake holders
